摘要
采用自制的催化剂,运用条件实验法,以癸二酸、正丁醇为原料直接酯化合成癸二酸二丁酯。最佳工艺条件为醇酸摩尔比5∶1,催化剂用量1.0g,酯化率达到90.23%。
Synthesis of dibutyl sebacate from decanedioic acid and butanol by a self-made catalyst. The optimum conditions of decanedioic acid and butanol were studied and the yield could reach 90.23%.
