摘要
某公司为吉林奇峰化纤有限公司年产4×104t差别化腈纶技术改造项目承接制造一台醋酸去除塔再沸器。该设备由管箱、壳体和管束等部分构成,管程的介质为DMAC+AA(二甲基乙酰氨+醋酸)具有较强的腐蚀性,为此,选用了904L超低碳高铬镍奥氏体不锈钢板,该钢种属高合金钢,焊接工艺性较差,焊接热裂纹、晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂问题非常严重,特别是弧坑裂纹难以控制。从热裂纹、晶间腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂的产生原理出发,对该钢种的可焊性进行分析,并对工艺性试验试板解剖,进行金相观察和机械性能检验,从而找出了合适的焊接规范。
A company manufactured an acetic acid removal column reboiler which yielded 4×10~4 t MTPY of differential acrylic fibers for Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Group Co., Ltd.. The equipment consists of pipe box, shell and pipe bundles. Medium of pipe path is DMAC+AA, which has strong corrodibility. Therefore, the stainless steel plate of 904L is chosen. It is a kind of high alloy steel and has poor weldability. It is easy to generate hot crack, intercrystalline corrosion and stress corrosion crack, especially difficult to control crater crack. According to the generating principle of hot crack, intercrystalline corrosion and stress corrosion crack, this kind of steel's weldability was analyzed, and a sample of welding technology experiment was dissected. Metallogenetic examination and the machine performance test were made. As a result, an appropriate welding specification is found out.
