摘要
采用乳液共聚法制备聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液,并以酞菁蓝为颜料配制了塑料凹版水性油墨,讨论了封端剂丙烯酸-β-羟乙基酯含量和颜料含量对水性油墨性能的影响。结果表明,随着HEA用量的增加,PUA复合乳液和水性油墨的粘度增加,但油墨的稳定性先得到改善而后下降;随着颜料含量的增加,水性油墨的稳定性变差, 13%的颜料含量为宜;该水性油墨不仅对PET薄膜具有优异的附着牢度,对OPP薄膜同样具有良好的附着牢度并具有良好的耐水性能。
Aqueous intaglio printing ink was prepared by mixing po1yurethane-acrylate (PUA) hybrid emulsions which were synthesized by emulsion copolymerization with polyacrylate- phthalocyanine blue pigment dispersion. The effect of the amount of β-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and the pigment on the properties of the ink was studied. The results showed that the viscosities of PUAs increased with increasing of the amount of HEA, and the viscosities of water based inks also increased correspondingly. However, the addition of HEA initially improved but finally deteriorated the stability of the ink. It was also found that 13 wt% of the concentration of pigment in the ink would be optimistic in consideration of the ink comprehensive properties. The adhesion of the water-based ink to PET film is excellent, and the good adhesion to OPP film of the ink exhibits strong water resistance.
