ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo铸钢超高温正火后的组织和性能

摘要 研究了超高温正火对ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo钢的组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo钢铸造态的组织粗大,经常规工艺正火不能细化其组织;超高温正火有利于细化组织,在Ac3+(210~250)℃范围内奥氏体化加热正火,可获得晶粒细化的贝氏体铁素体和残留奥氏体组织,改善了钢的强韧性。讨论了改善组织、提高韧性的原因。 The influence of ultrahigh temperature normalizing on the microstructure and properties of ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel were investigated. The experiment results show that the coarse microstructure of ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel can't be fined through the conventional normalizing, but can be improved through the ultrahigh temperature normalizing. The ZG30CrMn2Si2NiMo cast steel can obtain a thin and uniform lath bainite and retained austenite if normalized at (210-250 )°C above Ac3, and its strength and toughness is enhanced. The reasons of improving the microstructure and enhancing the strength and toughness were discussed.
