摘要
在飞机机舱内以２％强化中性戊二醛气雾剂进行消毒，当用药量为１１０ｍｇ／ｍ３作用３０分钟，可杀灭纸片上人工污染的繁殖体试验菌９９．９％以上；对机舱内空气与表面自然菌可杀灭９０％以上。试验表明，该消毒液对物品无明显腐蚀作用。
Experiments on disinfection of test bacteria,such as Escherichia
coli(8099),Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC 6 5 3 8 P) and Bacillus subtilis var.niger(ATCC 9 3 72)
spore,and natural bacteria by 2 % potentiated neutral glutaraldehyde aerosol were carried out
inaircraft cabin, When 110 mg / m3 of the disinfectant with a 30- minute contact time was used
more than 99.9% of E. coli and S. aureus on the filter paper,more than 99.0% of sporesof B.
subtilis var.niger and more than 90% of the natural bacteria in air of aircraft cabinand on the
surface of odjects could be killed.The disinfectant has no obvious corrosive effecton materials
such as stainless steel,aluminum,rubber, plastics, cotton cloth and glass com-monly seen in
aircraft. Mild irritation to human eye and respiratory tract may occur
duringspraying,therefore,persons spraying it shoud put on mask and protective glasses.
