摘要
为了保证我国中医药产业在21世纪经济全球一体化背景下能够得到持续、快速和健康的发展,深入研究和加快制订富有中国特色的中医药产业知识产权保护战略,就具有了极为迫切的理论与现实意义。针对当前我国中医药产业知识产权保护的现状与问题,提出了构建我国21世纪中医药产业知识产权保护战略的系统建议。
In order to ensure the sustainable, fast and healthy development of Traditional Chinese Medical(TCM) industry, it is extremely significant in theories and practice to research and expedite establishing the strategy for intellectual property rights (IPRs) protection with Chinese characteristics. In allusion to current challenges that IPRs protection of TCM industry is facing, the paper proposes corresponding systemic resolutions in the 21st century.
