摘要
关键链法(CCM)是在约束理论(TOC)基础上发展起来的一种项目进度计划技术.它通过插入时间缓冲处理了工期的不确定性,缩短了项目周期.本文详细介绍了关键链法的基本思想、使用步骤,时间缓冲量的计算方法,并指出了关键链法还存在的一些难点及今后可能的研究方向.
Critical Chain Method (CCM) is a burgeoning project scheduling technology based on the Theory of Constraints (TOC). CCM copes with duration uncertainties of the activities through inserting buffers. This paper introduces CCM's essential philosophy, using steps, the approaches to calculate the buffer sizes, and the existing difficulties in CCM as well as future researches are also discussed.
