摘要
以NiCl2和NaOH为原料,乙醇为分散剂,采用液相沉淀法制备出翠绿色前驱体,经正戊醇共沸去除水分、400℃焙烧后制得分散性好的NiO粉体。透射电镜检测表明,平均粒径12nm;经X 射线分析确定其为立方相晶体。
Using NiCl_2 and NaOH as the raw material and ethyl alcohol as the dispering agent,emerald NiO nanopowders were prepared with liquid-phase precipation methods.After pentaldol azeotroping to get rid of misture and baking at the 400 ℃,NiO poders with good dispersivity were obtained.TEM showed the average diameter of the powders was about 12 nm,and XRD affirmed that they were the cubic crytals.
