摘要
借助CFD软件平台,对一台130t/h煤粉锅炉炉内喷钙脱硫过程中炉膛温度场进行数值模拟。通过对几种方案的比较,认为在不同负荷时锅炉应采用不同的喷射点。100%负荷时,采用方案B喷射口;75%负荷时,采用方案D喷射口;50%负荷时,采用方案F喷射口。
Based on CFD software platform,the numerical simulation in process of limestone injection desulfurization in the field furnace of a 130 t/h pulverized-coal boiler was carried out.When several schemes were compared,it is consindered that different injecting points should be adopted in different boiler loads.The injecting point of scheme B should be adopted in 100% load,the injecting point of scheme D should be adopted in 75% load and the injecting point of scheme E should be adopted in 50% load.
