摘要
为了实现多种类二维不规则鞋片排料过程的自动化,在基于人工智能的启发式搜索方法的基础上提出了一种自动排料算法。该算法通过生成轮廓多边形,根据材料利用率来确定一种鞋片的选取和定位规则,完成鞋片在样板上的自动排放。最后,通过排料实例计算该排料算法的材料利用率和运算时间来验证该算法的有效性。
An algorithm for automatic layout based on heuristic search methods from artificial intelligence research is provided in this paper. Beforehand creating the outline polygon, confirming the choice criterion and orientation criterion, the parts automatic layout is completed. Finally, some layout examples validate the algorithm through comparing the use efficiency of the material and the time complexity of the operation. During the running of this system, a better layout map can be obtained without any help.
