摘要
城镇化是人类社会发展的自然历史过程,是落后的农业国完成向发达工业国跨越的必由之路.目前,我国的城镇化水平明显落后于工业化水平,严重制约着我国现代化的进程,同时也不利于“三农”问题的根本性解决.按照统筹城乡经济社会发展的思路,大力推进农村城镇化,是工业化、城市化和现代化的必然趋势.我国的城镇化进程将在2050年左右基本完成,大体分为两个阶段和步骤.主要途径是大中小城市与小城镇协调发展,建立合理的城镇体系,有重点地而不是盲目地发展小城镇,同时要破除体制和政策障碍,大力推进制度和管理创新.
As we all know,urbanization is the historial process of the devolopment of society,and it is the only way for a backward agricultural country turning into a highly developed one.Currently,our country's urbanization obviously trails behind industrialization,and restricts the process of our country's modernization.Meanwhile,it goes against the fundamental settlement of the 'Farmers, Rural Areas and Agriculture Production'problems.Driving forward rural area's urbanization is,according to the idea of planning as a whole the rural and urban area's development,an inevitable trend of the industrialization,urbanization and modernization.It is estimated that our country's urbanization will have been completed by the year of 2050 or so,which is divided into two stages.And at present the most important thing is establishing reasonable system,making the metropolis, the city and the town develop in harmony and emphasizing particularly on developing the town.At the same time,the policy barrier should be done away with and the system and management should be innovated.
