高压氧治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价高压氧治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择60例老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分成两组,1组30例予以传统治疗3个疗程;2组30例在传统治疗基础上,予以高压氧治疗3个疗程。观察肢体末梢神经炎症状改善情况;并分别于治疗前、后测量四肢肌电图神经传导速度作比较。结果两组患者肢体症状均有明显改善,神经传导速度明显增加(P<0.05,0.01);两组比较,2组的改善情况较1组更明显(P<0.05)。结论高压氧对老年人糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的治疗作用;药物与高压氧两者联合治疗,效果更佳。 Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the nerve function of elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups, 30 cases in group I (normal routine treatment group) that received routine treatment and another 30 cases in group II (hyperbaric oxygen group) that received hyperbaric oxygen in addition to routine treatment. Results The conduction velocity of nerve was significantly faster than that before treatment in two groups, and it was significantly faster in group II than in group I. Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen plus routine treatment has significantly good effects on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
