摘要
以过氧化二特丁基为催化剂,通过丙烯酸甲酯和正辛醇反应合成γ十一内酯.研究了各有关因素对产品收率的影响,合理的反应条件为:反应温度1 80℃,回流反应时间4h ,酯醇物质的量比为1∶7,催化剂用量为0 .8% (相对于反应物总质量) .在此条件下,γ十一内酯的收率可达65 .2 % .
γ-Undecalactone was synthesized from n-octanol and methyl acrylate using di-dert-butyl peroxide as catalyst.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and best conditions were found out.The optimum reaction conditions are:reaction temperature 180℃,reflux time 4 h,molar ratio of methyl acrylate to n-octanol was 1∶7,the amount of catalyst was 0.8%(based on mass of reactant).Yield of γ-Undecalactone can reach up to 65.2%.
