摘要
科学发展观具有丰富的内在文化价值,突出了建立和谐社会的深远意义。它消除了传统发展观上经济和文化的对立,体现了社会主义文化建设的价值功能;坚持以人为本,促进人的全面发展,确立了人在发展中的主体地位,突出了文化建设的地位和作用;要求物质文明、政治文明、精神文明三者协调发展,开拓了社会主义文化建设的空间;全面营造和谐社会,要求文化事业和文化产业要与经济社会保持均衡发展。
Scientific development view, free from the contradiction in the framework of the traditional development view between economy and culture, embodies the value function of socialist cultural construction. It puts people at the central place by sticking to “people-oriented” and the all-round development of people, highlighting the role and position of cultural construction. It opens up space for socialist cultural construction by requiring material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization to develop in a harmonious manner. It demands cultural cause and industry to develop in a balanced way with economic society.
