摘要
采用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）对顺铂注射液中顺铂的含量进行了测定。以μ－ＢｏｎｄａｐａｋＮＨ＿２为固定相，８５％乙腈－水溶液为流动相，以腺嘌呤作内标，在流速为１．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ时，顺铂和内标的保留时间分别为３．１５，４．４６ｍｉｎ、检出波长为２１０ｎｍ、最低检测限为３ｎｇ。标准曲线的线性范围为１．２１～４２．３５μｇ／ｍｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９３），方法回收率为１００．３％，相对标准偏差＜４．２７３％。
A HPLC method was
established for determining the concentration of cisplatin so-lution,
A μ-Bondapak NH_2 column was used with a mobile phase of 85%
acetonitrile 15% water(v/v) solution at a flow rate of 1. 5ml/min.
The internal standard used as adenine. The retentiontimes of
cisplatin and the internal standard were 3. 15min and 4. 46min
respectively. The detectionlimit was 3ng(210nm). The standard curve
was linear in the range from 1.21 to 42. 35μg/ml(r=0. 9993). The
average recovery was 100.3% and the relative standard deviations
were<4. 273%.The method is selective ,simple,rapid and
accurate.
