摘要
用混合溶剂将米托蒽醌聚氰基丙烯田正丁酯毫微球溶解后,采用分光光度法测定其中的米托蒽醌的含量。测定波长为660nm,测定线性范围为0.3~2.0mg/100ml,回收率为99.61%,RSD为0.59%(n=3)。方法准确可靠,简便快速,可供该类毫微球剂或微球剂中药物含量测定参考。
We determined the contents of mitoxantrone in polybutylcyanoacrylate nanospheresby spectrophotometry after dissolving the mitoxantrone-polybutylcyanoacrylate nanosperes in asolvent mixture. The determining wavelength was 660nm, the linear range 0.3~2. 0mg/100ml,the average recovery of mitoxantrone in polybutylcyanoacrylate nanosperes 99. 61%, the relativestandard deviation 0.59%(n=3),and the correlation coefficient of mitoxantrone 0.9999.Themethod is accurate and simple,and can be used as a reference for other nanospheres preparations.
