摘要
在分析和论述数字图书馆所涉及的隐私权问题的基础上,从法律、行业自律以及隐私权保护认证机制等方面阐述了相应的解决措施。
<Abstrcat> Based on the comprehensive analysis of the privacy right issues involved in digital library, this paper elaborates several solutions to relevant problems from aspects of legislation,industry self-restraint and privacy verification mechanism.
