摘要
采用孢子悬滴培养法,测定番茄几种挥发性组分对番茄灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)孢子萌发及菌丝生长的抑制作用.结果表明各挥发性组分对灰葡萄孢均有抑制作用,抑制率的大小依次为挥发醛、芳香族化合物和萜类化合物.10 μmol/L的(E)-2-己烯醛和壬烯醛可完全抑制孢子萌发和菌丝生长,4 μmol/L的丁子香酚和10~20 μmol/L的水杨酸甲酯使病菌菌丝异常生长.本研究为番茄挥发性物质在其抗病防御反应中的作用提供理论依据.
This study examined the effects of volatile organic compounds of Lycopersicon esculentum on the spore germination and hypha growth of Botrytis cinerea .The results demonstrated that all the constituents tested were inhibitory against the pathogenic fungus, aldehydes showed the strongest inhibitory activity,followed by aromatic compounds and terpene hydrocarbons.At the level of 10?μmol/L,( E )-2-hexenal and nonenal could completely inhibit the fungus,respectively.While hypha grew abnormally when exposed to eugenol (4?μmol/L) and methy salicylate (10-20?μmol/L),respectively.This work provided the evidence that volatile organic compounds of the plant may play a potent role in plant defense response against pathogen attack.
