摘要
综述了多肽与蛋白质类药物给药系统研究的现状，着重介绍了该类药物给药系统研究的特点，及提高其非注射给药生物利用度的方法。
The recent developments in the DDS study of peptides and proteins were reviewed with special attention paid to the characteristics of these drugs and the methods to increase their non-parenteral bioavailabilities.
