电针刺激足三里对失血性休克大鼠乳酸值及血气分析的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Electro-acupuncturing Zusanli Points on Levels of Arterial Blood-gas and Lactate in Hemorrhagic Shock Rats

摘要 目的:观察电针刺激足三里穴对失血性休克大鼠的动脉血乳酸值及血气分析的影响。方法:取40只健康雄性SD大鼠(200~240g),随机均分为4组:假休克组、休克组、非经非穴组、足三里组。采用GuariniS的方法复制失血性休克模型,于模型制备成功即刻,以2V和3Hz的强度持续电针刺激双侧足三里30min。在模型制备成功即刻(0时)和第43min分别抽取股动脉血查乳酸值,并对第43min的动脉血作血气分析。结果:休克组第43min时的PaCO2升高到(57.8±4.2)mmHg(P<0.01),PaO2、BE和HCO-3均明显下降(P<0.01),pH也降至7.03±0.1(P<0.05),而第43min的乳酸值较0时刻明显上升(P<0.01),并且两乳酸值较假休克组相同时间点均显著升高(P<0.01);与休克组相比,电针非经非穴后上述情况均基本无改变(P>0.05),而电针足三里后PaCO2降至(48.6±3.5)mmHg(P<0.01),PaO2、BE和HCO-3都有明显升高(P<0.01),pH也上升至7.31±0.1(P<0.05),0时刻乳酸值与休克组相似(P>0.05),但第43min的乳酸值与休克组比较,显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:电针刺激足三里穴能有效改善失血性休克大鼠的组织氧供,并有助于恢复机体酸碱平衡。 Objective: To study the effects of electro-acupuncturing (EA) Zusanli points, an improved method of traditional Chinese treatment, on levels of the arterial blood-gas and lactate in the rats with hemorrhagic shock. Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: the sham hemorrhagic shocked group, hemorrhagic shocked group, non-acupuncturing group and EA group. Zusanli points were electro-acupunctured with constant voltage (2 V,3 Hz) for 30 minutes immediately after the shock models were operated. Before the stimulation, a blood pressure transducer was implanted into the carotid artery for continuously recording of mean arterial blood pressure (MAP). Changes of the arterial blood-gas levels and lactate were observed. Results: In hemorrhagic shocked group, the levels of PaCO 2 significantly raised to 57.8±4.2 mmHg (P< 0.01, compared with the sham hemorrhagic shocked group), the levels of PaO 2, BE and HCO - 3decreased significantly(P<0.01), and the pH value decreased to 7.03±0.1 (P<0.05). The levels of lactate also increased significantly (P<0.01). However, there was no difference between the hemorrhagic shocked group and non-acupuncturing points group(P>0.05) in those above indexes. But in EA group, levels of PaCO 2 decreased to 48.6±3.5 mmHg (P<0.01), levels of PaO 2, BE, HCO - 3(P<0.01) and pH(P<0.05) increased significantly, and levels of lactate decreased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion: The results suggested that EA Zusanli points produces a protective effect in oxygen delivery and acid-base balance in rats with hemorrhagic shock.
