摘要
以水杨酸、甲醛和硫脲为原料,在盐酸催化下经Mannich反应合成了水杨酸硫脲螯合树脂(SFT),测定了该树脂对金属离子Ni2+,Cu2+,Pb2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Ag+及对贵金属离子Au3+,Pd2+,Pt4+的吸附性能.研究了吸附时间、贵金属离子浓度对吸附性能的影响.结果表明,该树脂对贵金属离子具有较好的吸附能力和较快的吸附速率,吸附符合Freundlich等温式,液膜扩散是吸附的主控步骤.
A kind of salicylic acid-thiourea resin(SFT) was synthesized based on salicylic acid, formaldehyde and thiourea on the condition of concentrated HCl. The adsorption properties of SFT for Ni^(2+),Cu^(2+),Pb^(2+),Zn^(2+),Cd^(2+) ,Ag^(+),especially Au^(3+),Pd^(2+) and Pt^(4+) were investigated,and the influences of adsorption time and concentration of noble metal ions on the adsorption properties are studied.Experimental results show that the adsorption of resin for noble metals fits the Freundlich equation. The resin has a better adsorption capacities and faster adsorption velocity.Liquid film diffusion is major controlled step of adsorption process.
