摘要
从我国在病人知情同意的历史发展中。论述病人知情同意的形成和确立。提出病人知情同意权利的实现有赖于医师告知义务制度的建立。
To review the history of informed consent in China, the development and establishment of patient's right of informed consent is discussed. To protect the patient's right of informed consent properly, the informing obligation system for the medical doctors should be established.
