摘要
我们研制了以藏产大花红景天为主要成分的中药复方用以提高机体的低氧劳动能力。在模拟海拔10000m的小鼠游泳实验中,药物组和对照组动物的存活时间分别为73.2±3.8和60.5±4.0mm(P<0.05);游泳60min(相当于对照组的平均存活时间)以后死亡的百分数分别为53.0%和35.8%(P<0.05)。大鼠在模拟海拔5000m游泳1h,药物组和对照组动物的血乳酸含量分别为14.6±1.8和21.1±1.9mmol/L(P<0.05)。在模拟海拔4300m低压舱内人体运动负荷试验中,药物组和对照组受试者的PWC170分别为980.4±52.8和866.4±30.0(P<0.01)。提示,红景天中药复方能明显提高低氧劳动能力。
The effects of compound Rhodiola crenulata (CRC) containing R. crenulata and other Chinese herb medicine on exercise performance were investigated in animals and human subjects during hypoxia. The mice and rats were randomly divided into drug group (receiving CRC) and control group (receiving equal volume of water) respectively. After 3 days, the mice exposed to simulated altitude of 10 000m and the rats exposed to simulated altitude of 5 000m were forced to swim in swimming pools. The survival time of mice was 73.2±3.8min in drug group and 60.5±4.0min in control group (P<0.05). The blood lactate of rats was 14.6±1. 9mmol / L in drug group and 21.1±1.9mmol/L in control group (P<0.05). On the basis of above results, 10 sea-level healthy men (aged 28.7 yr) were enrolled in the exercise test using the cross over design.They were studied in a hypobaric chamber at a simulated altitude of 4 300m after taking CRC or placebo for 8 days. Following a 3.5-hour adaptation period, the subjects performed an incremental exercise on the cycle ergometer until voluntary exhaustion. It was observed that PWC170 in the subjects receiving CRC was 13.2% higher than that in the subjects receiving placebo (P<0.01 , using the anslysis of variance).
