摘要
研究了利用不同浓度的PEG浸泡老化种子,对其进行电导率和种子活力的测定,结果表明,不同浓度PEG对老化种子有一定修复作用,提高了种子活力,但适宜浓度因种子种类不同而异.PEG浓度为20%和25%对玉米和小麦的修复最有效,而对绿豆和蓖麻来说,低浓度的PEG更易提高种子活力,而高浓度的PEG反而会阻碍绿豆和蓖麻种子的吸水,从而降低种子活力.
PEG of different density was utilized to soak the aging seeds, and then measure the conductance of seed and seed vigor. The result indicates, PEG of different density has definite function in repairing on the aging seed, improving the vigor of seeds. The PEG of different density has different effect on all kinds of seeds. The most effective density of PEG is 20%~25% on maize and wheat. For mung bean and castor plant, the lower density of PEG is tend to improve the vigor of seeds, but the high density of PEG will hinder sucking water of the mung bean and castor plant seed, then reduce the vigor of seeds.
