摘要
结合苏州市西塘河引水工程裴家圩泵站的选型,介绍了常用低扬程泵站的结构形式与特点,较详细地叙述了竖井式贯流泵装置及其流道与断流方式的设计。该装置还在无锡市防洪工程梅梁湖泵站、常州市武澄锡横塘片洼地治理北枢纽泵站工程设计中采用。结果表明:竖井贯流泵装置作为一种新的低扬程水泵装置形式,与灯泡贯流泵相比,具有结构简单、工程投资省、便于管理维护等优点,可进一步推广使用。
The structure forms and features of pumping station of low head in common use are introduced.In conjugating with FeiJiaYu pumping station of Xi Tang River project in Su Zhou city, shaft-well tubularpump unit and the design for its flow passage and way for cut off are presented. This unit has passed theexamination of test run, and is adopted MeiLianghu pumping station of flood control project in Wu Xi city anda pumping station in Changzhou city. The result shows that the shaft-well tubular pump unit, when comparedwith bulk tubular pump, has some obvious merits such as a simpler structure, saving engineer investment, easyto manage and maintain, so its application should be spread out more.
