摘要
阐述了低分子质量、窄分子质量分布的丙烯酸树脂的合成工艺,所合成树脂相对分子质量范围为6000～10000,分散度范围为1.8～2.1。讨论了各主要因素对其性能的影响,并对所合成树脂的结构用红外光谱进行了表征。
A acrylic resin with low molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution is synthesized, which is used in antifouling paints as base material after being modified. The range of molecular weight is 6 000~10 000, the range of poly dispersity index is 1.8~2.1. The effect of the major factors, which affected the properties of the acrylic resin, was studied. And the resin’s structure was characterized by FTIR.
