摘要
研究了FEROQUENCH2000水基淬火液浓度、介质温度、搅拌对冷却性能的影响,并结合实际生产测定了介质的换热系数,吨钢耗量、淬火液对环境的影响以及使用效果。指出12%FEROQUENCH2000水基淬火液可以起到代替淬火油的作用,在高合金钢模块预硬化的应用上获得成功。
This article has described how the concentration, the medium temperature, the agitation of the FEROQUENCH 2 000 water base quenching liquid affects the cooling performance, and based on the actual operation the heat transfer coefficient of the medium, the steel tonnage consumption and the quenching liquid which affect the environment and the utilization have been measured as well, which indicates that 12% FEROQUENCH 2 000 water base quenching liquid can replace the quenching oil, and have been successfully applied on the pre-hardening of the high alloy steel module.
