通过合理选择42CrMo合金钢辊轴的锻造成形与锻后正火工艺,并对辊轴的整个生产工序进行优化,达到了提高辊轴质量和增产增效的目的。
With the reasonable selection for the process of forging forming and normalizing after forging for 42CrMo alloy steel roll shaft, this article has described the optimized production procedure of the roll shaft manufacturing in order to improve the quality of the roll shaft for the purpose of productivity increasing.
