大鼠极量运动后心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ的变化 被引量:19

CHANGES OF ANGIOTENSIN Ⅱ IN RAT MYOCARDIUM AFTER MAXIMUM EXERCISE

摘要 为探讨心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)在运动后的变化和意义,本文以大鼠急性衰竭游泳为模型观察了极量运动后心肌的病理改变及心肌局部AngⅡ、血浆AngⅡ的变化。结果表明,大鼠急性衰竭运动后心肌组织呈嗜酸样变性,心肌局部AngⅡ的含量降低了43%,和对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),血浆AngⅡ的含量运动后增加了83%,和对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。血浆AngⅡ和心肌局部AngⅡ的含量呈线性负相关(r=-0.772,P=0.002)。提示心肌AngⅡ的降低与其释放增多有关,AngⅡ的释放增多可能参与了心肌病理改变的发病过程。 In order to investigate the changes of myocardium cardiac angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) aftet exercise, AngII contents in myocardium and plasma in rats after exhaustive swimming were determined. Results showed that Angll contents in myocardium decreased significantly by 43% compared with the controls(P<0.05), while AngII contents in plasma increased markedly by 83% compared with the controls(P<0.01).The contents of AngII in myocardium had a linear nagative correlation with those in plasma (r=-0.772.p=0.002), indicating that the decrease of AngII in myocardium might be related to its enhanced release, which might play a role in the development of pathological changes of myocardum.
