摘要
目的: 初步研究新型双极射频消融在离体猪里脊肉上的消融灶的形态及范围。方法: 在不同的条件下,在新鲜的离体猪里脊肉上进行新型双极射频消融, 观察消融灶的大小形态及范围。结果: 在相匹配的条件下,新型双极射频可以形成适形的消融灶。
Objective: To observe the dimension of radiofrequency ablation zone using new hypertonic saline-enhanced dual probe bipolar mode. Methods: Under different conditions, using new hypertonic saline-enhanced dual probe bipolar mode in fresh porcine, observe the dimension of radiofrequency ablation zone. Results: New hypertonic saline-enhanced RFA using dual probe bipolar mode could more quickly create round and regular lesions under optimal conditions.
