摘要
目的研究在不同能量和不同频率的脉冲Nd∶YAG激光照射下牙齿表面粗糙度的变化。方法选择一致性较好的离体牙150颗,分为5组,每组30颗,用牙用高速转头制备各类洞型。然后1组用磷酸腐蚀,另4组以不同能量和频率的脉冲Nd∶YAG激光进行照射,用自行设计及制作的测定装置来测量并计算表面粗糙度。结果与磷酸腐蚀相比,脉冲Nd∶YAG激光在特定参数下照射,可增加离体牙表面粗糙度,有利于增加牙齿和光敏树脂之间的粘结力。结论用脉冲Nd∶YAG激光照射代替磷酸腐蚀进行牙表面处理可增加牙表面的粗糙度。
Objective To determine the shear bond strength of composite to phosphine-cauterization and laser-irradiation dentin.Methods The teeth were divided into 5 groups with same condition. All kinds of holes have been made with high speed wheel. Then the teeth were processed with phosphine\|ecth and pulsed laser-irradiation. The device was designed and produced, and used to measure the shear bond strength of composite to dentin. Surface roughness was cited to analyze the result of experiment.Results Compared with phosphine etch, better result had been obtained when the enamel and dentin exposed to pulsed Nd∶YAG laser with given parameters. The surface had been rougher and the shear bond strength of composite to enamel and dentin had been stronger.Conclusions Substituted phosphine etch with pulsed Nd∶YAG laser irritation can induce the great change in the roughness of enamel and dentin.
