摘要
近年来,竹废料的利用研究从初级利用到高附加值的加工都有了一些新的发展。如在利用竹废料转化可再生能源、制备功能食品基料、制备羧甲基纤维素、制备竹纤维复合材料、优质竹醋、竹炭的生产等方面的开发研究都有长足的进步。采用有机溶剂制浆法将可以大幅度提高竹资源的综合利用率。对竹废料进行常压热化学液化得到多羟基化合物,它们含有丰富的活性羟基,可作为生产硬质聚氨酯泡沫、新型聚酯木材胶粘剂的基料。
In recent years,some bamboo waste utilization researches developed in the range from the initial utilization to the processing with high additional value,such as,the quite great progresses of the developmental reseaches were obtained in transforming the waste into the regeneration energy,preparing the basic material of functional food,carboxymethyl cellulose,and bamboo fibre complex material,as well as high-quality bamboo carbon and bamboo vinegar production.The bamboo resource intergrated utilized rate might be raised on a large scale with the organic solvent pulping method.
