摘要
目的建立平消软胶囊中士的宁含量的测定方法。方法用HPLC,硅胶柱,流动相为正己烷-二氯甲烷-甲醇-水(42.5∶42.5∶5∶0.35),检测波长254nm。结果士的宁在0.054～0.252μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.53%,RSD=0.69%。结论所建方法简便可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine strychnine in Pingxiao soft capsule by HPLC.METHODS Kromasil Silica column was used with hexane-dichloromethane-methanol-water(42.5∶42.5∶5∶0.35)as mobile phase,the eluant was detected at 254 nm. RESULTS The linear range of strychnine was within 0.054-0.252 μg(r=0.9998),and average recovery of the method was ~98.53% with RSD of 0.69%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.
