摘要
给出了一种基于DSP的纸币号码识别系统的设计方法。该系统可通过视频解码器SAA7113将纸币号码图像转换成数字图像,并通过复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD对SAA7113输出的数字图像进行开窗处理来减小DSP的图像数据处理量和存储量。该系统采用TI公司的TMS320C54x系列DSP,可实现每秒25幅号码图像的视频采集速度,因此可为实现具有纸币号码自动识别记录功能的点钞机奠定基础。此外,该系统还提供与PC机通信的异步串行接口。
A kind of equipment based on DSP which recognizes the bank paper number is introduced.The sysˉtem converters the bank paper number image to digital image using the video decode processor SAA7113.And,in order to reduce the processing and storing data of image,and the digital image outputting from SAA7113is minished by fenestration using Complex Programmable Logic Device.Importantly,on the condition of making use of the DSP chip,the system can collect the digital image on the speed of25frame per second.Thus,this is baˉsic of achieving the functions to recognize and memorize the bank paper number automatically on the banknote acceptor.Otherwise,it also can transmitte the recognized results to PC through asynchronous serial interface.
