摘要
通过对我系2001-2005届护理本科毕业生考研人数占应届毕业生总数的比例统计分析(分别为2.5%、15%、36%、62.02%、87.77%),证明我系考研人数呈逐年上升趋势,并分析考研对临床实习的影响主要包括:实习质量下降,实习秩序混乱,对实习的重视度下降,实习医院带教老师的积极性受到影响等几个方面。指出相关对策主要包括:(1)定期进行专业技术教育,提高实习质量。(2)加强临床教学管理工作,规范实习秩序。(3)做好实习前教育,增强实习积极性。(4)严格带教制度,提高带教老师的积极性。
This paper firstly introduces the importance of clinical practice of nursing undergraduates. Through the statistic analysis of the rate of undergraduates taking Postgraduates Entrance Examination in our department from 2001 to 2005 (respectively 2.5%, 15%, 36%, 62.02%, 87.77%), the number is increasing year after year. The author analyzes the influences, mainly including declining quality and confused order of clinical practice, little attention to clinical practice paid by students, influenced enthusiasm of leading teachers. Relevant countermeasures are pointed out in this paper, which includes: (1) carrying out professional technical education regularly to improve the quality of clinical practice; (2)strengthening management of clinical work to rule the order of clinical practice; (3) educating before clinical practice to improve enthusiasm of students;(4)improving the system of leading teachers to enhance their enthusiasm.
