尺骨鹰嘴悬吊牵引加手法治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折36例 被引量：1

摘要 肱骨髁上骨折发生在肱骨髁与肱骨干之间的相对薄弱部位,为儿童(5～8岁)最常见的肘部骨折损伤,约占肘部骨折的50%～60%.笔者自1998～2003年采用尺骨鹰嘴悬吊牵引加手法治疗36例,取得了满意效果,现报告如下.
