摘要
通过对高速公路建设项目传统管理模式分析,提出了高速公路建设项目管理新模式—集成化管理,采用了适合高速公路集成化管理的网状虚拟组织结构模式,并对其进行了设计,同时对高速公路建设项目集成化管理的支撑系统做了初步探讨。
A new approach of expressway construction project management is put forward in this paper according to analyzing traditional project management.. A net-work structure of project organization suited this management is adopted and designed. Information system of the expressway construction Project Integrated Management in the period of the project whole life should be studied.
