摘要
阶比分析是内燃机急加速启动过程信号有效的分析方法,它是以得到准确的转速信号对其等角度采样为前提条件的。根据希尔伯特黄变换(hilberthuangtransform),提出了基于瞬时频率估计的内燃机信号阶比分析方法,直接从振动信号的瞬时频率估计得到转速信号。在瞬时频率估计的若干影响因素分析的基础上,提出了改进瞬时频率估计的方法。仿真与实际信号分析证明了该方法的可行性。
Order analysis of the vibration signal, which is based on the acquirement of constant angular sampled by accurate rotating speed signal, is an effective method for fast run-up state of ICE. According to Hilbert-Huang transform, order analysis of the vibration signal based on the instantaneous frequency estimate (IFE) was proposed, which got rotating speed directly from IFE. After analyzing the influence factors, the reformed IFE method was advanced. Simulation and case research demonstrate that the method is feasible.
