略论人文精神在远程开放教育中张扬的理念及策略 被引量:6

On Concept and Stratagem on How to Carry Human Spirit to the Open Education

摘要 提供优质教育是历史赋予远程开放大学的使命。优质教育应该培养全面发展的人,所以远程开放教育不仅能够传递知识与传授技术,还应该注重塑造一个完整的人。这就需要在远程开放教育中张扬人文精神。本文试图从在远程开放教育中张扬人文精神的理念,探讨如何在远程开放教育中张扬人文精神以及它的实现途径,并提出如何实效考绩的方法。 Offering high-quality education is a mission that history gave to the long-distance open university.The high-quality education should train person who develop completely.So the long-distance open education should not only be able to transmit the knowledge and pass on technology but also pay attention to create a completely person.This needs to publicize the humane spirit in the long-distance open education.This article attempts from publicizing the idea of humane spirit in long-range open education,it probed how to publicize himane spirit,and its achieving way in the long-distance open education,propose methods of the effciency evaluation of actual effect.
