摘要
用单独和混合培养的方法研究了在营养贫乏的条件下禾谷镰孢菌对多菌灵抗性菌株No.2458和敏感菌株No.2021间产孢竞争的作用。结果表明:在单独培养时,抗性菌株No.2458产孢前期和后期分别呈抛物线方式消长,敏感菌株No.2021前期呈直线方式,后期呈抛物线方式消长;敏感和抗性菌株在等量接种混合培养条件下,其前后期产孢模型分别为N∑s=-1.43×105+2.64×104T-46.09T2和N∑r=-2.99×103+6.45×102T-1.13T2。在混合培养时No.2021产孢高峰与其在单独培养时的相同,而No.2458的产孢高峰比其在单独培养时提前24h,并且前者在培养42.5~190h处于竞争优势,后者在190~474.5h处于竞争优势,抗、感菌株间产孢量表现拮抗作用。
Reproduction competition of conidia between the carbendazim(MBC)-resistant isolate No.2458 and the MBC-sensitive isolate No.2021 of F.graminearum in poor nutrient was studied by method of separated and mixed culture,respectively.The models revealed that MBC-resistant isolate reproduced conidia in pattern of different parabola equations,while MBC-sensitive isolate did firstly in pattern of linear equation,then in parabola equation,only when one isolate was cultured.The models of MBC-sensitive and -resistant isolates had been set up as N ∑s =-1.43×105+2.64×104T-46.09T2 and N ∑r =-2.99×103+6.45× 102T- 1.13T2 respectively for proceeding and later stages when they were equally inoculated and co-cultured.The MBC-resistant isolate in co-culture predated the moment of conidia reproduction peak by 24 h earlier than in culture alone,while the MBC-sensitive isolate shared the same moment of conidia reproduction peak both in mono-culture and in co-culture.Meanwhile,antagonism between MBC-resistant and -sensitive isolates of conidia reproduction showed through the whole course,the MBC-sensitive isolate was major during 42.5190 h,and then minor during 190474.5 h.
