摘要
针对泰州石化烯烃提浓装置存在的问题,开发了适用于丁烯-1临氢异构化的催化剂及工艺技术。实验室研究结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的活性、选择性和稳定性。在泰州石化进行了丁烯-1临氢异构化工业应用试验,在反应器操作压力1.5~1.8MPa、入口温度70~75℃、n(H2 ) /n(C==4 ) =3 .0mol·mol- 1 、碳四液相体积空速3h- 1的条件下,丁烯-1异构化率大于70 % ,丁二烯转化率大于98% ,单烯烃收率大于10 0 %。
Aimed at the problems existed in olefins enriching plant of Taizhou Petrochemical General Works, the catalyst and technology for butene-1 hydroisomerisation were developed. The lab results showed that the catalyst has good activity,selectivity and stability. The commercial test of butene-1 hydroisomerisation indicated butene-1 iso-merisation ratio is >70% ,butadiene conversion >98% and mono-olefin yield >100% under the conditions of reactor operating pressure, 1.5-1.8MPa, inlet temperature, 70~75℃, H2/C4= , 3. 0mol·mol-1, and C4 liquid space velocity,3h-1.
