摘要
学报的生存与发展已经陷入了普遍性困境,开拓优质稿源是提高学报质量、培育和提升期刊核心竞争力、扩大期刊知名度的关键,也是学报改革的重点。扩大高校学报的优质稿源可采取的主要途径有:改变封闭式的办刊指导思想,引入竞争机制;办出特色,以特色求质量;加强编辑队伍学术建设,逐步实现能动的学报发展模式;改革稿酬制度,按质论酬,组织高质量稿件;做好编后工作。
The survival and development of university journals are troubled with a common difficulty. The key point is how to obtain quality papers so as to standardize and popularize the journal, and to increase its competitive force. The ways to obtain quality papers are to change its close door policy, welcome competition, distinguish its features, reinforce editors team, rectify contribution fees according to paper quality, and provide good service towards building up a dynamic model for its development.
