摘要
目的 探讨不同的喂养方式、营养状况对婴幼儿肺炎的影响。方法 对１５６ 例肺炎患儿喂养方式、营养状况进行调查，且对数据进行统计学处理。结果 喂养方式与营养状况的关系呈正相关（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。营养状况愈差，并发症愈多、愈重。不同营养状况肺炎并发症比较（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论 营养不良与喂养方式密切相关，营养状况与肺炎的病程、并发症发生率密切相关。
Objective To study the effects of vrious feeding methods and nutrition on infantile pneumonia.Methods Feeding methods and nutrition of 156 infantile pneumonia were investigated and statistics was tested. Results Feeding methods was positively correlated with nutrition (P<0.05).The worse the nutrition,the more and worse complications( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Malnutrion is positively correlated with feeding methods,nutrition is positively correlated with course of disease and complications.
