摘要
目的 探讨药物流产失败的有关因素 ,提高药物流产的成功率。方法 对 2 5 2 6例行药物流产者中 2 30例失败的原因进行分析。结果 年龄、孕龄、孕次及是否伴有严重的妊娠反应等诸多因素可影响药物流产的成功率。结论 医患双方应加强配合 ,提高药物流产的成功率。
objoctive To clarify the related complication of failing abortion in medicament,to incrcass the succeed rate of abortion in medicament.Methods Analyse the causation of failing abortion in medicament to 230 patients.Ruslts The succeed rate were infected by ages of pregnancy woman, Pregnancy times and sericus pregnancy responsing et al a good many comptication.Conlusion The doctr and patients ought to strengthen assort,so that increasing the succeed rate of abortion in medicament.
