摘要
目的 : 消除不利的心理影响 ,改善医疗效果。方法 将 60例患者按进行心理护理和非心理护理分组对照 ,比较分析 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果 心理护理组的有效率达 96.70 % ,对照组的有效率为 86.7% ,P <0 .0 5。结论 心理护理可显著改善治疗效果 ,缩短疗程 。
Objective To dispel harmful psychological factors for improving the curative effect.Methods Divide 60 patients infected Hepatitis C into two groups,one group was given psychological nursing and another none. The difference of curative effect between two groups was sdudied.Results The curative effect of psychological nursing group (96.70%) was much better than that without psychological nursing group (86.70%). Conclusion Psychological nursing can remarkablely improve the curative effect of Hepatitis C patients infected by blood transfusion and shorten the course of disease.
