摘要
目的 观察心先安注射液对顽固性心衰病人的疗效及用药过程中出现的问题。方法 治疗组 2 4例 ,在常规治疗基础上 ,给予心先安 90～ 150mg加入 10 %葡萄糖液中静滴 ,每日 1次。对照组 12例 ,在常规治疗基础上给予洋地黄制剂。疗程均为 10～ 14天。结果 治疗组心功能改善有效率为 87% ,对照组为 2 5% ,经χ2 检验 ,两组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 心先安注射液是治疗顽固性心衰的有效药物 。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Meglumine cyclic adenylate injectron to treat obstinate heart failure and the problems in the course of treatment.Methods 24 cases in the treatment group were given Meglumine cyclie adenylate injection 90～150mg with 10% glucose once a day based on the routine treatment. 12 cases in the control group were given Digitalis based on the routine treatment.The courses were both 10～14 days.Results For the treatment group,the improvement of heart functron reached 87%.But for the control group 25%.There were apparent differences between them (P<0.01). Conclusion Meglumine cyclic adenylate injection is an effective medicine to treat obstinate heart failure.Attention should be paid to the dirpping speed.
