摘要
目的研究骨折后脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断及其治疗.方法自1996～2003年,通过对13例骨折后合并脂肪栓塞患者的早期诊断、治疗,比较其疗效.结果所有患者术后都予以随访,治愈11例,死亡2例.结论早诊断早进行综合治疗对积极救治骨折后脂肪栓塞综合征很重要.
[Objective] To research the early diagnosis and the treatment of the fat embolism syndrome. [Method] From 1996 to 2003, 13 cases of fat embolism syndrome after bone fractures were early diagnosed and well treated, the result was compared. [Result] All the cases were reviewed, 11 of them recovered well except two of them dead. [Conclusion] The early diagnosis and treatment of the fat embolism syndrome after bone fractures is important.
