摘要
目的探讨焦虑症患者家庭环境和父母教养方式的特点,以期为临床心理护理工作提供借鉴。方法采用父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)和家庭环境量表中文版(FESCV),对30例焦虑症患者与30名健康人进行测试和比较。结果焦虑症患者家庭的亲密度和情感表达评分低于对照组(P<0.05),而家庭矛盾性评分高于正常组(P<0.05);在父母教养方式方面,患者母亲在过分干涉和保护、拒绝与否认2个因子上的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不良的家庭环境和教养方式可能对焦虑症的发病有一定的影响;可以针对患者家庭环境和父母教养方式的特点进行相应的心理护理。
Objective To st udy the characters of family environment and nurturi ng styles in patients with anxious syndrome.Methods 30 patients with anxious sy ndrome and 30 healthy people were assessed by EMBU and FES-CV.Re sults The score of “Intimacy and Express feeling” are more lower in anxious syndrome group( P <0 .05),but their score of “Contradict” in FES-CV and “Over-interference, Ove r -pr otection, High-refuse and deny in mother” in EMBU are higher (P<0.05). Conclusio ns Family environment and nurturing style are related to anxio us syndrome,individual mental nursing should be taken.
