摘要
目的探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(hydrophilicpolyacrylamidegel,HPAMG)用于软组织充填的并发症发生情况及原因。方法对北京市药品不良反应监测中心近3年收到的120例与聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶有关的不良事件报告进行描述性分析。结果本组病例填充部位分布于乳房、颜面、鼻部和阴茎,以乳房为主;两个品牌的产品均有不良事件发生;并发症发生时间在3天至3.5年不等;并发症表现以局部形态组织学改变为主;多数结局无法追踪,在28例可追踪的病例中,治疗后症状改善的13例,不能改善的15例,其中有3位患者出现全身损害,遗留严重后遗症。结论聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射法填充术用于健康人群整形美容应慎重。
Objective To investigate the complications of hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel(HPAMG) injection for soft tissue filling and discuss the causes. Method Analyze 120 adverse event reports associated with polyacrylamide gel injection for soft tissue filling received by Beijing Center for ADRs Monitoring in recent 3 years. Results The filling parts lie in breast, nose, face, and penis, and the breast is primary. The complications occur in both types of HPAMG . The occurring time of those adverse events varies from 3 days to 3.5 days after operation. The symptoms are mainly local tissue morphological changes. The results of most cases can?t be traced. Of the 28 tracable cases, 13 improved, while 15 uncured, 3 of them severely damaged and resulted in sequelae. Conclusion It is suggested that careful consideration should be paid for the HPAMG injection for soft tissue ?lling on healthy people.
