摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对45#钢试样的激光表面淬火过程瞬态温度场进行了有限元模拟,预测试样表面淬火温度场分布和变化规律,并根据温度的分布情况来预测淬火硬化层深。
The simulation to the temperature field during laser surface quenching for 45 steel was performed by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The distribution and variation of the quenching temperature on the sample surface was simulated, therefore, the depth of the hardened layer could be forecasted.
